中药复方治疗心悸用药规律分析

Analysis the Drug Regular of the Treatment of Heart Palpitations by Means of the Traditional Chinese Medicine Compound

目的:通过文献总结中药复方治疗心悸的遣方用药规律。方法:收集各大数据库中相关文献,建立心悸中药复方数据库,统计药物使用情况及药物类别频次。结果:纳入文献532篇,涉及处方132首,共计中药105味1328频次,平均每个处方使用中药18味。频次最高的前18味分别是炙甘草、桂枝、丹参、麦冬、黄芪、茯苓、党参、当归、生地、酸枣仁、龙骨、牡蛎、白术、远志、半夏、五味子、川芎、赤芍,累计使用654频次涉及药物类别16类,前4位为补虚药(924次)、安神药(605次)、清热药(513次)、活血化瘀药(502次)。结论:中药复方治疗心悸以益气养血为主,辅以宁心安神、清热解毒、活血化瘀,主要的核心药物为炙甘草、桂枝。

Objective ： Through the literature summary of traditional Chinese medicine compound,analyzing the clinical rule for the treatment of palpitation. Method： Collect each big database related literature,establishing database of palpitation of traditional Chinese medicine compound,the statistical frequency of drug use and drug category. Results： Into the 532 references,involving the prescription 132,a total of frequency of 105,1328 Chinese medicine,the average 18 flavor prescription use traditional Chinese medicine. Frequency of the top 11 flavour were main licorice,cassia twig,salvia miltiorrhiza,dwarf lilyturf, astragalus membranaceus, poria cocos, dangshen, Chinese angelica, radix rehmanniae,zizyphus jujube kernel,keel,oysters,atractylodes,polygala,pinellia,fructus schisandrae,rhizoma ligustici wallichii,radix paeoniae rubra,using 654 frequency; Involving drugs category 16 classes,the former four to tonify deficiency medicine（924）,sedative medicine（605）,heat（513）,promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis drugs（502）.Conclusion： Chinese medicine compound treatment palpitation mainly tonifying qi and blood,supplemented by calming nerves nerves,clearing heat and removing toxin,promoting the blood circulation,its basic core drugs as main licorice,cassia twig.
