新安医家王键临证运用僵蚕经验探析

Clinical Application of Batryticated Silkworm by Wang Jian,Expert of Xin'an Medical School

僵蚕味咸辛、性平,归肝、肺、胃经,具有祛风定惊、化痰散结等功效。王键教授以辨证论治思想为指导,在总结前贤认识基础上,结合自身临床经验,每每于立法遣方中巧妙应用僵蚕治疗心脑血管疾病、痰饮、皮肤病等疾病中取得满意疗效。故从其应用僵蚕活血通络治疗心脑血管性疾病,化湿祛痰治疗痰湿内阻病证以及祛风止痒治疗风疹瘙痒三方面探析其临床运用僵蚕经验。

Batryticated silkworm is salty in taste and mild in nature. It distributes to liver,lung or stomach channel.It can dispel wind,relieve convulsion,eliminate phlegm and resolve mass. It is used in epilepsy,throat cancer,itchy skin,facial nerve paralysis,etc. Guided by the theory of treatment according to syndrome differentiation,based on previous study,Professor Wang Jian always has a clever use of batryticated silkworm in his prescriptions by integrating his treatment with his clinical experience in the cardio-cerebral vascular disease,phlegm retention,skin diseases,which usually results in a quite satisfying curative effect. In this article,the author starts from the three aspects of the application of batryticated silkworm to cardio cerebral vascular disease by dredging collaterals,to phlegm dampness syndrome by clearing dampness and phlegm,and to rubella itching by dispelling wind and arresting itching and discusses Professor Wang’s clinical experience as well.
