摘要
西部青年律师作为西部律师事业未来发展接班人,其往往在执业初期面临着资源分配不均且市场开拓不足、协作理念不强且师徒传承不力、分配机制严格且业务收入微薄、服务类型单一且发展方向不明等诸多困境。通过深入分析发现,造成西部青年律师执业困境的原因主要包括:人脉资源不足、市场竞争激烈、执业经验缺乏和培养机制缺失。对此,应从以下四个方面着力解决西部青年律师的执业困境:一是西部青年律师应全面加强自身建设;二是律师事务所应科学培养青年律师;三是律师协会应积极完善青年律师培养、帮扶机制;四是律师主管部门应有效保障青年律师执业环境。
As the successors of lawyer career in the future, the young lawyers in less developed areas face many difficulties at work in early years, such as lacking of resources, market and sense of cooperation, having strict allocation mechanism ,low income, single type of service and the future of confusion. Through in - depth analysis of that, we find that the reasons for the difficulties mainly include having no abundant resources, competitive market, lacking of practice experience and imperfect cultivation mechanism. So, we should try our best to overcome the difficulties. Firstly, the young lawyers should be comprehensively to strengthen their own abilities. Secondly, the law firm should be scientific training the young lawyers. Thirdly, the associations of lawyer should actively improve the training and support mechanism about the young law-yers. Finally, the relevant departments should keep a healthy practice environment for the young lawyers.
