Taking LMG1150 type open-pit coal mining-machine and DWY1500 type full hydraulic bucket wheel excavator for example, the article comprehensively analyzed and compared two different types of the open-pit continuous mining equipment from four aspects of technical parameters, merits and demerits, mining cost and advancement, which provided the reference for choosing the appropriate open-pit continuous mining equipment in coal mine.
