摘要
针对胜利露天矿220 t自卸卡车电动轮主轴开裂及漏油等故障现象进行检查分析,并提出在日常点保养或卡车运行中如何有效避免或减少电动轮故障的解决方案,降低生产成本,延长使用寿命。
Aiming at 220 tons dump truck wheel electric spindle cracking and leakage failure phenomenon in Shengli Open-pit Mine, the mine carries out inspection and analysis, and puts forward the solution on how to effectively avoid or reduce the electric wheel failure in the daily maintenance or truck operation, which reduces production cost and prolongs service life.
