全面从严治党视野下反腐倡廉的路径探析

Approaching the Anti-corruption Bid from the Perspective of Strengthening Comprehensively the CPC Discipline

党的十八大以来,"党要管党、从严治党"被提上具体化的实施议程,在党内深入开展反腐倡廉成为常态渐趋明显。纵观国际反腐实践,公职人员的腐败问题不消解,民心所向就可能危在旦夕。而产生腐败现象的原因表现为行贿者和受贿者在经济上的行为共谋,政治心理上的逐渐渗透,还包括社会政治、思想文化和法制方面根深蒂固的根源。为此,要彻底消除我国腐败现象,必须从根源上进行综合治理,认清腐败现象存在的深层次原因,找准新形势下推进反腐倡廉的新举措,深化经济体制改革和政治体制改革,把反腐倡廉纳入法治轨道,全面推进从严治党。

Since the 18thCPC’ s National Congress,the bid of ＂ the Party exercises sel-discipline and is strict with its members＂ has been implemented with detailed agenda,and as a result,within the Party,anti-corruption in depth has become an obvious trend. In terms of anti-corruption of the world,people’s faith can be on the stable without efficient solution to the corruption of government members and officials. The causes to corruption may be the briber and bribee’s cooperation in commercials,interconnection in politics and other roots in social politics,cultural thought and law system. To eradicate corruption in China and exercise the Party’ s self-discipline,it is necessary to trace the causes and roots of corruption in new environment so as to find the exact approaches of anti-corruption and deepen the reform in economy system and political system within the scope of law.
