高等师范院校课堂教学的有效性分析:基于教师视角 被引量:2

摘要 高等师范院校是师范生培养的主阵地,课堂教学是师范教育的核心活动,课堂教学效果影响着师范生知识水平提高和能力发展,教师是课堂教学有效性的决定性因素。本文基于教师的视角,通过高等师范院校课堂案例,透析当前高等师范院校课堂教学有效性不高的原因在于:教学方法单一、对学生关注度不够、课堂管理力度不够、缺乏师生交流、教学环节和时间安排不当、教师准备和投入不足等,提出通过加强师德建设,提高教师的人格素养;更新教师教育观念,树立民主的师生观;制定个性化的教师专业发展计划,促进教师队伍整体水平的提高;构建科学合理的教师和课堂评价体系等措施来提高高等师范院校课堂教学的有效性。 Normal university is the main position for the training of normal students. Classroom teaching is the core activity in normal education,and the effectiveness of classroom teaching influences the student ’s knowledge level and competence development. Teachers are the decisive factor in effective classroom teaching. Basing on the perspective of teachers,the thesis analyzes the reason for low effectiveness of classroom teaching in normal college and also the author puts forward a series of measures for improving the effectiveness of classroom teaching in normal universities. These measures are for improving the teacher’s personal quality by strengthening moral construction,renewing the teacher’ s educational concept and establishing democratic teacher-student relationship,working out the individualized plans of teacher’ s professional development to promote the overall level of teachers,establishing the scientific and reasonable classroom assessment system and teacher’ s evaluation system.
