持续质量改进对ICU护士用药安全管理的改善作用评价

Evaluation of continuous quality improvement in medication safety management of ICU nurses

目的分析持续质量改进在ICU护士用药安全管理中的应用效果。方法选择2014、2015年我院ICU收治的510、520例患者分别作为对照组与研究组。对照组干预期间ICU护士采取常规用药管理措施,研究组在此基础上实施持续质量改进干预。观察两组不合理用药事件的发生率、护理质量和护理满意度。结果研究组不合理用药事件的发生率(0.39%)低于对照组(2.70%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组安全改进、行为规范、主动服务与护理技能各项评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组总满意率(99.62%)高于对照组(96.08%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论持续质量改进在ICU护士用药安全管理中具有显著效果,可保证用药安全,提高护理质量。

Objective To analyze the effect of continuous quality improvement on medication safety management of ICU nurses.Methods Totally 510 and 520 cases in ICU of our hospital in 2014 and 2015 were included as control group and study group respectively.Patients in control group were given routine medication management measures,while patients in study group were added with continuous quality improvement intervention.The occurrence rate of irrational drug use,pursing quality and nursing satisfaction rate were recorded.Results The rate of irrational drug use in study group was lower than that of control group（0.39%vs.2.70%,P〈0.05）.The scores of safety improvement,behavior standard,active service and nursing skill in study group were higher than those of control group（P〈0.05）.The total satisfaction rate in study group was higher than that of control group（99.62%vs.96.08%,P〈0.05）.Conclusion Continuous quality improvement has a significant effect on the medication safety management of ICU nurses,which can ensure the medication safety and improve the quality of care.
