水溶性紫杉醇类前药的研究进展

Development of water-solubable taxol prodrug

本文简要介绍了广谱抗癌药物紫杉醇的发展历史,紫杉醇具有良好的抗肿瘤活性,但其水溶性差影响了临床应用,开发水溶性紫杉醇前体药物具有重要意义。本文分类介绍了高分子和水溶性有机盐两种紫杉醇前药策略。

This paper briefly introduces the development history of anti-cancer drug paclitaxel widely used in clinics,which has remarkable anti-tumor activity but has very poor water solubility.To improve its poor solubility（different prodrug strategies have been developed by many research groups.We discuss both macro-molecular and organicsalts strategies of paclitaxel prodrugs that are currently used to make taxol more effective.
