戊酸雌二醇超说明书用药咨询服务的实践和体会

Practice and experience of medication consultation service for off-label use of estradiol valerate

目的分析戊酸雌二醇超说明书用药情况,促进医院用药咨询服务的发展。方法围绕患者咨询的问题,以"戊酸雌二醇"、"宫腔黏连"、"宫腔镜"的中英文为关键词,组合查询中国知网、万方、Pub Med等数据库,检索截止时间为2016年3月,对戊酸雌二醇超说明书用药情况进行评价。结果共检索210篇文献,药师分析文献内容后,对患者进行答疑,并对患者进行用药指导。结论药师应加强业务知识学习,探索创新用药咨询服务模式,以提升药学服务质量。

Objective To analyze the off-label use of estradiol valerate and promote development for medication consultation service.Methods Concerning problems of the patient counseling,relevant literatures about off-Label use of estradiol valerate were studied by searching CNKI,Wanfang database,PubMed database（up to March 2016）with estradiol valerate,hysteroscope,intrauterine adhesion＂ as key words.The off4 abel use of estradiol valerate was evaluated.Results Totally 210 literatures were searched.Pharmacists analyzed the literatures,and then answered the questions of patients,and gave advice on the drug use.Conclusion Pharmacists should improve pharmaceutical care quality by strengthening the study of specialized knowledge and exploring innovative drug consultation service mode.
