机夹式型线铣刀刀片槽在车铣复合机床上的高效加工研究

摘要 机夹式型线铣刀由于刀片可换,方便使用且节约成本,是型线刀具发展的一个趋势,特别是机夹式枞树形叶根型线铣刀正广泛应用于叶根型线的加工。但从目前装备能源部加工型线铣刀刀体的情况来看,其加工效率不高。如何实现机夹式型线铣刀刀体的高效加工,使其具有市场竞争力,是装备能源部在型线刀具开发上面临的急需解决的难题。本文通过对机夹式型线铣刀刀片槽的加工进行分析研究,找到了提高其加工效率的方法。 With changeable blades, convenience and cost- saving, the application of the mechanically- clamped machine of the profile milling cutter is a trend in the development of profile cutting tools, especially the application of mechanically- clamped fir- tree blade root profile milling cutter in the processing of root profile. Nevertheless,from the current processing profile milling cutter blade used in the equipment and energy department, its processing efficiency is not high. How to realize efficient processing of the mechanically- clamped profile milling cutter blade and make the market competitive is the urgent problem to be solved that the equipment and energy department now is faced in the development of profile cutting tools. Through analysis and research of the processing of the mechanically- clamped profile milling cutter blade groove, this article found the method to improving the efficiency of processing.
