摘要
JCOE成型机的制造,在国内尚属首次,其中的框架、油箱加工难度很高,本文介绍了该设备的结构特点,分析了框架、油箱的制造难点,提出了合理的工艺解决方案。
The manufacturing of the JCOE forming machine is the first time in our country, among which the frame and fuel tank processing are rather difficult. This paper introduces the structural characteristics of the equipment,analyzes two major manufacturing difficulties of its framework and fuel tank, and puts forward reasonable technology solutions.
