摘要
基于Si emens 840D数控系统,本文具体分析研究数控龙门铣万向角铣头在工作平面发生变化时,刀具长度、半径补偿发生的相应变化。通过编制子程序达到刀具长度、半经补偿自动计算到旋转后的加工平面上,使用万向角铣头能在任意空间平面上进行铣圆、点钻一圈孔以及铣螺纹等一系列复杂型线,扩大数控龙门铣的加工范围。
Based on Siemens 840 D NC system, this paper analyzes and studies carefully the CNC milling machine's universal angle milling head on the changes of the working plane, and the corresponding changes of tool length and radius compensation. By programming subroutine to achieve automatic calculation of tool length and radius compensation to rotated processing plane, the application of the universal angle milling head can carry out a series of complex profiles such as cylindrical milling, spot drilling of a circle hole and thread milling on any space plane, and can expand the processing range of the NC milling machining.
