智能制造背景下高职特色专业技能人才培养研究

The Cultivation of Skilled Talents of Characteristic Specialty in Higher Vocational Colleges under the Background of Intelligent Manufacturing

从分析智能制造本质出发,分析了智能制造背景下特色专业技术技能型人才培养现状及主要问题,指出智能制造发展凸显职业教育人才的紧迫性。并指出＂智能制造＂将先进技术、自主性的劳动组织构架与人的智慧充分结合,将制造流程实现纵向集成,生产者不仅要掌握丰富的产品全知识,还要具备跨学科能力。

Starting from the analysis of the nature of intelligent manufacturing, this paper analyzes the present situation and main problems of training skilled talents of characteristic specialty under the background of intelligent manufacturing technology, and points out that the intelligent manufacturing development highlights the urgency of cultivating vocational education talents. Moreover, it indicates that ＂intelligent manufacturing＂ combines the advanced technology and autonomous labor organization framework with man＇s wisdom, and achieves vertical integration of the manufacturing process, so producers should not only master the knowledge of all products, but also have interdisciplinary capability.
