三螺旋理论视角下大学生科技型创业研究

College Students' Sci-Thch Entrepreneurship in the Light of the Triple Helix Theory

在高校创新创业教育如火如荼展开的今天,帮助大学生通过创新成果转化实现科技型创业对提高大学生创业质量、促进大学生创新活动的后续开展具有非常重要的意义。同时,大学生科技型创业对于提高地方企业科技水平、促进区域协同创新体系建设与地方经济发展也有非常重要的作用。本文拟运用三螺旋理论从高校、企业、政府三个要素切入,分析大学生科技型创业现状及原因并就促进大学生科技型创业提出积极对策。

Nowadays, colleges and universities are undertaking their educations of innovation and entrepreneurship like a raging fire so as to help college students realize their sci-tech entrepreneurship through the transformation of innovative achievements, which is of crucial importance for the improvement of students＇ entrepreneurship quality and the promotion of students＇ follow-up innovations. Meanwhile, it plays an important role for the college students＇ technological entrepreneurship to improve the technological level of local enterprises, the system construction of regional collaborative innovation as well as local economic development. Starting from such three elements of colleges and universities, businesses and governments, analyses are to be made in this paper of the status quo of college students＇ sci-tech entrepreneurship and its causes, and corresponding active countermeasures are put forward for the promotion of students＇ sci-tech entrepreneurship in the light of Triple Helix Theory.
