Research on Entrepreneurship Ecosystem Evolution and Optimization Based on Dissipative Theory

在中国经济转型和制度转型的关键时期,创业活动也需要转型,提高创新型创业比例,优化创业结构,提升创业质量。众创空间是在中国情境下出现的一类新型创业生态系统,不仅能够促进创新型创业,而且有助于观察和总结创新型创业大量产生背后的机制和规律,更好地服务于创业转型和经济转型。创业生态系统是一个复杂适应系统,其演进过程是结构与功能不断复杂化的自组织过程。目前对复杂系统的研究已由静态均衡分析转变为动态演进分析,相应地,研究方法也由原有的系统论转变为自组织理论。在此基础上,运用耗散理论构建了一个创业生态系统的两阶段演进模型,展现了众创空间的形成和演进路径,更重要的是能够据此有意识地优化众创空间的结构与功能,促进其发展,使众创空间这一物理空间真正成为一个自组织和自增益的创业生态系统。

In the period of economic transition and institutional transition, the entrepreneurship also requires transi- tion with more innovative entrepreneurship. The public entrepreneurship space is a new concept in Chinese context. It is essentially an entrepreneurial ecosystem which helps improve the innovative entrepreneurship rate and entrepreneurship quality. Moreover, public entrepreneurship space provides a circumstance to observe and refine the mechanism and rules of how the innovative entrepreneurship is booming. By using dissipative structure theory, a two phase evolutionary model of entrepreneurial ecosystem is constructed to optimize the structure and function of public entrepreneurship space
