摘要
利用中国干细胞研究机构的合著论文数据,分析了科研机构在国际合作网络和国内合作网络中的位置嵌入、关系嵌入和结构嵌入对论文发表数和论文被引频次为代表的科研产出的影响。结果显示,科研机构在国际合作网络中占据中心位置对科研产出质量有正向影响,在国内合作网络中占据中心位置则对提高科研产出的数量与质量都有利;在国际和国内合作中,加强与合作伙伴的关系都能够促进科研产出,并且加强与国内合作伙伴的关系更有效;在国际合作网络中,占据结构洞位置能够显著提高科研产出,但在国内合作网络中,占据结构洞位置没有明显的优势。研究认为,科研机构应提高国际合作网络的开放性,加强国内合作关系,发挥内外两方面优势,进而提升科研产出。
Using co-authorship data of Chinese stem cell research institutions, this article analyzes the impact of research institutions' positional embeddedness, relational embeddedness and structural embeddedness in international and domestic collaboration networks on their research outputs as indicated by the number of articles and citations Results show that holding central position in the international collaboration network has significantly positive influ- ence on the quality of research outputs, while holding central position in the domestic collaboration network has significantly positive influence on both the quality and quantity of research outputs; enhancing collaborative rela- tions with research partners has positive influence on research outputs in both international and domestic col- labroation, with enhancing domestic collaboration relations more effective; occupying a position of structural hole in international collaboration network has a positive impact on research outputs, but such a position shows no advantage in domestic collabroation network. The conclusion suggests research institutions should make use of the respective advantages of international and domestic collaboration to improve research outputs.
