摘要
基于利益相关者理论,以419家高新技术行业上市公司2012—2014年的数据为依据,通过实证分析研究了高新技术企业的研发投入、技术创新产出、企业社会责任与企业竞争力之间的关系。研究发现:高新技术企业的研发投入能够有效地转化为企业的技术创新产出;高新技术企业可以进一步通过积极履行社会责任来提升其技术创新产出转化为企业竞争力的效率;高新技术企业的广告投入强度能够有效地增强企业社会责任对于技术创新产出向企业竞争力转化效率的促进作用。
Based on the stakeholder theory and 419 listed high-tech companies' data from 2012 to 2014 in China, this study empirically analyzes the relationship among high-tech companies' research and development investment (R&D), technology innovation output, corporate social responsibility and corporate competence. The result of empiri- cal analysis shows that high-tech companies' research and development investment can be effectively transformed to companies' technology innovation output. And high-tech companies can further improve the efficiency of this transforming process by taking corporate social responsibility actively. Moreover, this study also reveals that in- creasing advertising investment intensity can be conducive to effectively augmenting the facilitating influence of corporate social responsibility on the transforming efficiency of technology innovation output
