摘要
为了提高SCR系统在实用中转化效率,国Ⅴ排放法规增加了WHTC测试循环,采用不同的手段来提高排气温度,以提高SCR系统转化效率。第一种手段引入进气节流阀减少进气量之后,WHTC测试循环的排气温度有大幅提高,排温提升50℃以上。第二种相同的中冷前温度,在使中冷器停水后,中冷后温度可以提高50°C,WHTC测试循环的排气温度提高幅度最大也可达50°C。试验结果证明,进气节流阀是一种极为有效的提高排温的手段,而中冷器冷却水的控制也是一种低能耗的排温控制措施,可以作为第一种手段的有效补充。
In order to achieve a high conversion efficiency of the SCR system , the WHTC test is introduced in City China V emission limit. We use different means to increase exhaust gas temperature so as to have a better conversion efficiency in the SCR system. In the first way, the intake throttle valve is used to reduce the air intake. WHTC test exhaust temperature increases about 50~C. In the second way, the same temperature before the intercooler was selected. After the intercooler stops, WHTC test exhaust temperature also increases greatly above 50℃. The exhaust temperature test results show the intake throttle is a most effective way to increase the exhaust gas temperature, while the method to shut off the cooling water is also an economical way to control exhaust temperature. The second way may be used as a supplement for the first one.
