摘要
本文应用AVL Boost软件对CNG发动机进行仿真优化计算,分析点火提前角、压缩比、配气正时和EGR率对缸内热负荷的影响,仿真分析结果表明,点火提前角和EGR率对缸内热负荷影响较大,压缩比和配气正时对热负荷影响较小。发动机进行台架试验验证,各项指标达到了设计目标。
In this paper, AVL Boost software is used for simulation CNG engine, analysis the factors which impact the in-cylinder thermal load such as ignition advance angle, compression ratio, valve timing and EGR rate. Simulation results show that the ignition advance angle and EGR rate have a major impact on in-cylinder thermal load, while the compression ratio and valve timing have minor effects on thermal load. Finally, by engine bench validation, engine performance to meet the design goals.
