摘要
目的:为完善我国执业药师继续教育体系提供参考。方法:采用文献研究法,以近年来国内外相关文献及官方政策、报告为依据,整理和总结美国药师继续职业发展(CPD)模式的内容特点、发展历程和经验,分析我国执业药师继续教育的现状并对我国执业药师继续教育体系提出相关建议。结果与结论:我国执业药师存在对学历要求太低,没有全国统一的执业药师继续教育提供方认证机构,继续教育课程建设和评估缺乏统一标准,缺乏对执业药师的个性化特色教育等不足。借鉴美国药师CPD模式,进一步加强我国执业药师的继续教育工作十分必要,可从建立全国统一的执业药师继续教育提供方的资格认证机构、增加执业药师继续教育中的实践型课程、加强执业药师的个性化学习、建立完善的执业药师继续教育评价体系等方面完善我国执业药师继续教育体系。
OBJECTIVE: To provide reference for improving the system of continuing professional development (CPD) for pharmacists in China. METHODS: Based on domestic and foreign related literature, official policy and reports in recent years, liter- ature research was used to summarize the characteristics, development process and experience of CPD mode for pharmacists in the United States, analyze the current situations for licensed pharmacists in China; then put forward related suggestions for CPD sys- tem for pharmacists in China. RESULTS & CONCLUSIONS: The licensed pharmacists in China showed deficiencies, including too low academic requirements, no national unified pharmacist continuing education provider certification, lacking of uniform stan- dards for the development and assessment of continuing education curriculum, lacking of individualized characteristic education for occupational pharmacist, etc. Learning from CPD mode for pharmacists in the United States and further strengthening the continu- ing education for licensed pharmacists in China are quiet necessary. The continuing education system for licensed pharmacists in Chi- na can be improved by establishing national unified pharmacist continuing education provider certification, increasing practical courses for licensed pharmacists, strengthening personalized learning and establishing improved continuing education evaluation system.
