摘要
体素内不相干运动(IVIM)成像技术是在DWI基础上的扩展,其可同时获得组织扩散和灌注信息以评估良恶性病灶、不同组织学类型和不同病理级别病灶的扩散灌注情况,从而有助于恶性肿瘤的定性诊断和鉴别诊断。本文将对IVIM的原理及其在肿瘤诊断中的应用进展进行综述。
Intravoxel incoherent motion(IVIM) imaging is an extension of DWI,and can take advantage of its simultaneous access to tissue diffusion and perfusion information to evaluate the benign and malignant lesions as well as different histological types and pathological grades of the lesion.So it is helpful for the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of malignant tumors.In this paper,the principle of IVIM and its application in tumor diagnosis were reviewed.
