2型糖尿病合并肥胖症是目前的高发疾病,严重威胁着人类的身体健康。代谢手术是这种疾病新型且有效治疗的方法,目前已经被临床医生广泛认可。开展代谢手术需要建立多学科治疗团队,对患者进行系统的诊治。内科医生在治疗团队应发挥主导作用,对患者进行筛选,预判手术疗效。在手术前明确诊断,纠正病理状态,在术后长期随访患者,对患者进行综合指导。协同代谢外科医生团队,共同推进代谢手术治疗肥胖型2型糖尿病的健康发展。

T2DM combined with obesity is the disease with high incidence rate nowadays, which heavily threatens human health. Metabolic surgery has recieved widely recognition from clinicians as a new and effective treatment for this disease.We need to build a multidisciplinary team to perform the surgery to make systematic diagnosises and treatments to the patients. Meanwhile, phy- sicians should play a leading role in the treatment team, by screeping the patients and anticipating the surgical results. In addition, physicians need to definite diagnosis and correct pathological sta- te before the operation, and follow up the patients and give them general instructions after the operation. Corperated with metabolic surgeon team, physicians should jointly promote development of metabolic surgery in treating obese and type 2 diabetes mellitus.
