摘要
在互联网+时代,随着社会各界档案用户对档案信息需求的增加,对档案信息服务水平提出了新的、更高的需求。本文旨在从档案用户需求的角度出发,选取合理的评价指标,构建基于用户的档案信息服务评价指标体系,并通过问卷调查搜集数据,分析档案用户在获取档案信息过程中存在的问题,分别从档案机构、档案工作人员、档案信息资源建设与开发三个方面提出了相应的对策,以提高我国档案用户的满意度。
In the Internet+ era, the users' demand for archive information has been increasing constantly, which put forward newer and higher requirements for archive information service. This paper aims to start from the archive users' perspective, construct the information service evaluation index system which mainly based on users' preference. After collecting data through questionnaires, we analyze problems in the pro- cess of acquiring the archives information, and propose corresponding countermeasures from three aspects: archives organization, archivists, construction and development of archives information resources, which help to improve archive users satisfaction.
