吉西他滨联合奈达铂治疗晚期肺鳞癌的临床分析被引量：5

摘要目的探讨采用吉西他滨联合奈达铂治疗晚期肺鳞癌的临床疗效和安全性,为临床应用提供依据。方法入组晚期肺鳞癌患者80例,按其就诊先后顺序分为观察组、对照组,对照组40例患者接受吉西他滨联合顺铂治疗,而观察组40例患者则接受吉西他滨联合奈达铂治疗。治疗2个月后,对2组患者的CYFRA21-1、CA125、CEA肿瘤标志物等及毒副反应进行比较观察。结果经过2个月治疗后,2组患者CYFRA21-1、CA125、CEA均一定程度下降,病情得到改善,但观察组患者CYFRA21-1、CA125、CEA下降程度明显优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者白细胞减少、肝功能损害发生率显著低于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论采用吉西他滨联合奈达铂治疗晚期肺鳞癌的临床疗效显著,安全性较好,临床上值得继续推广。
