摘要
对目前高职院校绩效工资分配模式体系进行了归纳和分析,并指出各个模式的优缺点。使高职院校在建立绩效工资分配模式时,能够根据自身发展特色,建立激励型绩效分配模式,使绩效工资分配切实体现了市场导向、绩效导向、能力导向和个性化、多样化的改革方向,不断增强高职院校自身的核心竞争力。
The article generalizes upon and analyses the distribution mode of performance-related pay in vocational colleges and points out their pros and cons. According to the development characteristics of vocational colleges,the stimulating distribution mode of performance-related pay should be established to realize the revolution which is market-oriented,pay-oriented,ability-oriented and improve the core competence of vocational colleges.
