木雕档案在创新型人才培养中的利用

Study on the Utilization of Woodcarving Archives in the Cultivation of Innovative Talents

东阳木雕是首批国家级非物质文化遗产项目,浙江广厦建设职业技术学院首创高职木雕设计与制作专业,其"五引领"木雕非遗传承创新人才培养项目有特色,获浙江省教育厅2015年高等教育教学成果一等奖。木雕档案在人才培养中发挥特殊作用。分析档案在人才培养中的利用特点,在已有基础上挖掘木雕档案资源,开发校内校外各种可利用档案类型和资源,拓展创新型技能人才的培养途径,让档案资源更好地为人才培养服务。

Dongyang woodcarving is the first batch of national intangible cultural heritage project. The major of Woodcarving Design and Production was set in Zhejiang Guangsha College of Applied Construction Technology and its distinctive culture project of ＂Five Leading＂achieved 2016 higher education teaching achievement awarded by the Education Department of Zhejiang Province. Wood archives play a special role in cultivating talents. The article analyses the characteristics of archives in the talents training,exploits woodcarving and other archives resources and expands the innovative cultivation ways so as to serve the talents training better.
