摘要
力量训练作为排球体能训练的重要组成部分,其训练质量,直接影响着运动员技战水平的发展。加强对排球运动员力量训练的研究,不但关系到运动员竞技能力的发展,更关系到运动员运动寿命的延续,减少伤病的发生,起到非常积极的作用。
Volleyball is an exercise in strength and speed.Strength Training is an important part of physical activity which directly affects the athletes in terms of the quality of technical training and the progress and development of tactical levels.Further study of volleyball athlete strength training plays a positive role in enhancing athletes’ competitive ability, prolonging their sporting life and reducing the occurrence of injury.
