摘要
针对K频段耦合输出结构,提出一种应用于16.2GHz-24.5GHz近乎覆盖整个K频段的宽频带、高隔离度、高方向性耦合器的有效设计方法.以Bethe小孔耦合理论为基础,初步设计出符合应用技术指标的耦合器。采用切比雪夫孔径分布,耦合圆孔开在波导宽壁,孔心间距及孔径都采用渐变结构,以保证耦合器的高方向性及宽频带特性。通过电磁场仿真软件对小孔厚度、孔心间距及孔径大小进行优化,设计了一种具有高功率容量、超宽带、高方向性的整体优良性能的耦合器。
A method of wide- band, high-isolation and high -direction coupler which is applied to 16.2 GHz-24.5 GHz and covers k-band is proposed for k-band coupled output structure. According to the Bethe small-holecoupling theory, the coupler which confirms to application technology parameters is primarily designed. In orderto ensure couplerg high directivity and wideband, the apertures are distributed by Chebyshev function, and cou-pled hole is punched in broad wall of waveguide, and both hole center spacing and aperture have graduallychanged in structure. A coupler with high power capacity, ultra wideband and high directivity is designed byoptimizing small-hole thickness, hole center spacing and aperture size via electromagnetic simulation software.
