摘要
本文从"专业"界定、"专业"一词的不同用法入手,从教师成为"专业性职业"的可能性、我国谋求"教师专业化"的历程,以及"专业"两重性等角度,发现不同专业之间的分工是相对的,每个专业内部分工中也存在如身份、待遇等差异,此外,专业分工固化容易导致片面发展,从而揭示教师专业问题的症结。
In order to reveal the problems of teacher profession, this article starts from the definition and the different uses of "profession" and finds a. labor-division among different professions is relative; b. there are many differences in every profession, such as identity and treatment; c. solidity of labor-division will cause one-sided development, under the following perspectives: the possibility that teachers become "professional profession", the course of "teacher professionalism" in China, as well as the duality of "profession".
