Some Animal and Plant Materials that often Confused with Parasitic Elements in Fecal Smears

目的 :为粪检时对寄生虫与其它动植物成分的鉴别提供一些依据。方法 :采用生理盐水直接涂片对2 0 0份正常大学生粪便标本进行检查。结果 :除常见的人体寄生虫卵外 ,发现了一些易与人体寄生虫相混淆的动植物成分 ,包括植物花粉粒、植物导管、植物细胞、菌类孢子及植物寄生线虫虫卵等。结论

Objective:To provide experimental diagnostic data for some human parasitic eggs and animal or plant materials in fecal smears. Methods: 200 fecal smears collected from normal students were detected with direct smear method. Results: Some pollen grains, vegetable cells, vegetable spirals and some other animal and plant materials confused with parasitic elements were often found in fecal smears. Conclusion: It is important to distinguish animal or plant materials from human parasitic elements in fecal smears.
