摘要
针对当前制造业信息化建设的需求,结合精益生产的基本原理,建立了装配式车间精益生产管理系统模型,设计了系统的功能结构和各部门业务集成流程.应用实例表明,装配车间管理系统为精益生产提供了可靠的技术支持,可促进物流与信息流的有效传递,填补传统车间内部信息传递间隙,提高车间生产装配效率.
To meet the requirements of the informational construction of current manufacturing industry, the model of prefabricated plant lean production management system is set up, the function structure of the system is designed and the flow chart of business integration about each department is established combined with the basic principle of lean produc- tion. The assembly shop management system provides a reli- able technical support for lean production which promotes the transfer of logistics and in{ormation {low, fills internal information transmission clearance of the traditional work- shop and improves the efficiency of assembly workshop pro- duction.
