摘要
以江苏省为例,分析苏南、苏中、苏北三个区域农村人力资源开发的现状及形成区域差异的原因,并针对存在的问题提出相应的对策建议,从而推进江苏农村人力资源的开发和新型职业农民培育,促进农民增收。
The paper took Jiangsu Province as an example, analyzed the current situation of the rural human resources development and the reasons for regional differences of the three main regions in the northern, central and southern Jiangsu, and then put forward some counter-measures and suggestions for the existing problems, in order to promote the development of rural human resources and the training of the new type of professional farm- ers in Jiangsu, as well asthe increase of farmers' income.
