摘要 承认校园多元文化的客观存在是农业高职学院开展多元文化校园建设的基本前提。随着招生规模的不断增大、生源构成日益多元化,农业高职学院校园的多元文化特征越来越显著。多元文化校园建设是生源多元化的客观要求、民族团结教育的需要,也是农业高职学院文化建设的诉求及对外合作交流国际化的呼唤。成都农业科技职业学院将多元一体民族团结教育思想外化于行,开展了基于学生管理队伍多元化、多元文化体验常态化、民族文艺活动品牌化的多元文化校园建设实践与探索。 The recognition of the existence of multi cultures on campus in vocational colleges. With the rapi cultural campus precedes the construction of diversified d enlargement of the enrollment scale and the increasing varieties of the students, muhicuhural characteristics are becoming increasingly significant in agricultural vocational colleges. It is of great necessity to build a campus with multi-cultural characteristics, not only for the diversity of students and national unity education, but also for the cultural construction of higher agricultural vocational colleges and the internationalized process of educational cooperation with other countries and areas as well. CAC has been conducting the practice and exploration on muhicuhural campus construction in the following aspects : putting the thought of pluralistic integrated national unity education into action, diversifying the students management staff, normalizing the muhicultural experience and realizing the brand strategy of ethnic minority cultural activities.
