基于文本分析和社会网分析的主控室班组沟通过程研究

摘要 目的通过分析核电站主控室班组的沟通过程,发掘和描述不同复杂度事故情境中的班组沟通特征。方法选取两种典型的事故情境进行观察和录像,然后对班组沟通样本进行文本分析和社会网分析。结果两种情境下的沟通过程均围绕"一回路压力"和"稳压器液位"展开。在"一回路蒸汽管道破裂"情境中,班组主要关注压力状态,特征操作包括冷却一、二回路、启动JDH系统和启动备用泵等。在"一束控制棒下落"情境中,特征词节点的紧密中心性更高,班组综合关注压力、功率和流量,特征操作包括隔离给水、切除主泵和环路和降功率等。结论本研究有助于理解主控室班组沟通机制,并依据沟通特征对操纵员进行针对性训练。 Objective This study aims to discover and describe the characteristic of control crews'communication in nuclear power plants. Methods We simulated two representative accident scenarios and observed the operating process of control crews. We conducted text analysis and social network analysis on the video samples. Results We found that in the two scenarios, team communication was centered on "primary circuit pressure" and "pressurizer liq- uid level". Under the scenario of steam line rupture of the primary circuit, control crews were mainly concerned about the pressure of system devices. Feature operations include cooling down the primary and secondary circuits, starting GDH system, and starting emergency pump. Under the scenario of failing down of a bunch of control rods, the close- ness centrality of feature word nodes was higher. Control crews were comprehensively concerned about the pressure, power, and flow. Feature operations include isolating feed water, removing the main pump and loop, and decreasing power. Conclusion These results contribute to understanding the communication mechanism of control crews and purposefully training operators based on the communication features.
