摘要
目的本文从环境心理学角度出发,探讨人格、办公室物理环境满意度和环境心理品质三者之间的关系。方法采用问卷调查法进行调研,运用SPSS进行数据分析。结果人格类型不同,员工对对办公室物理环境的满意度有显著性差异,环境心理品质各维度,除安全感外,舒适感、归属感及私密性与领域感均存在显著性差异;与内倾型人格类型相比,对于外倾型人格类型,除私密性与领域感、归属感外,舒适感也能够正向解释满意度的总变异,解释变异3%。结论研究成果为办公室环境的人性化设计提供了心理学依据。
Objective This paper explores the inner relations among personality, office physical environment sat- isfaction and environmental psychological quality from the perspective of environmental psychology. Methods We use questionnaire to investigate and use SPSS for data analysis. Results For staff who have different personality types, satisfaction, significant differences exist in different dimensionalities of psychology quality except seeurity, com- fort, sense of belonging and the feeling of privacy and space. Compared with the introverted personality, the extrovert personality, in addition to the feeling of privacy and space and sense of belonging, comfort can explain the satisfaction with 3% of the total variance positively. Conclusion Researeh results provide psychological basis of humane office environment design.
