基于医护合作决策的分级护理的实施效果

Implementation Effects of Grading Nursing Based on Physician-nurse Collaboration

目的探讨基于医护合作共同决策的分级护理模式的实施效果。方法便利抽样选取2014年11月至2015年7月于温州市中心医院住院的患者398例,将患者随机分为观察组(199例)和对照组(199例),观察组由主管医生和责任护士合作决策患者的护理等级,对照组则采用传统护理分级实施方法,比较两组患者护理级别、护理质量和满意度的差别。结果两组患者护理分级构成差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中:两组患者一级护理、二级护理差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);特级护理、三级护理差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组护理质量达标率、护理质量评分以及健康教育落实率均高于对照组(均P<0.05);医嘱执行评分两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组在工作效率、主动服务、病房环境、护患关系及健康教育等项目的满意度方面明显高于对照组(均P<0.05)。两组护理技术、服务质量及人文关怀等方面差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。结论基于医护合作共同决策的分级护理模式适合临床护理的发展,可提高分级护理质量,提高患者满意度。

Objective To-analyze the implementation effects of the grading nursing based on physiciannurse collaboration.Methods By convenience sampling,398 cases of patients admitted in hospital from November 2014 to July 2015 were selected and divided into observation group （n = 199） and control group （n=199）.The observation group acquired grading nursing based on physician-nurse collaboration,while the control group received traditional nursing grading. The differences of nursing grades, nursing quality and satisfaction level in two groups were compared. Results Nursing grade of two groups had statistical difference （P〈0.05）.The primary nursing and the secondary nursing between two groups had statistical differences （P〈0.05） ; There was no statistical diffevence about special nursing care and tertiary care between two groups （P〉0.05）.The nursing quality qualified rate and nursing quality score in observation group were higher than that of control group, and the health education implementation of the observation group was significantly higher than which in control group （all P〈0.05）.The orders execution score between two groups was not statistically different（P〉0.05）.The work efficiency,active service, ward environment, nurse patient relationship and health education in observation group were obviously higher than those in the control group （all P〈0.05）.There was no significant difference between two groups in nursing technology, service quality and humanistic care （all P〉0.05）. Conclusions Physician-nurse collaboration decision-making grading nursing model is suitable for the development of clinical nursing, and it can im- prove the quality of grading nursing, and improve the satisfaction of patients.
