养老机构护理分级标准指标体系构建的研究

Study of the Indicators System of Nursing Grading in Nursing Homes

目的探索建立适合我国国情的养老机构护理分级标准指标体系。方法运用两轮德尔菲(Delphi)专家咨询法对21名专家进行咨询,并计算各指标的权重。结果确立了包括日常生活活动能力、认知能力、精神行为状况、躯体健康状况等4个一级指标,包含进食、表达能力、激越行为、听力等在内的30个二级指标。该体系的权威系数为0.845,判断系数为0.91,熟悉程度为0.78。结论所建立的养老机构老人护理分级标准指标体系层次清晰,指标解释明确、数量适中,研究结果可信度高,为科学地划分养老机构老人护理等级以及养老护理合理收费提供了科学、客观的依据。

Objective To explore the indicators system of nursing grading for nursing homes.Methods Two rounds of Delphi expert consultation were conducted on 21 experts,and the index weights were calculated. Results Four first grade indicators included daily living ability, cognitive competence, mental behavior status, physical health status, and 30 second degree indicators included diet, expression ability, agitation behaviors and hearing were compared.The expert authority coefficient was 0.845 ,the judgment coefficient was 0.91,the degree of familiarity was 0.78.Conclusions The indicators system of nursing grading in nursing homes is established, and the hierarchy of the indicators system is clear, indexes are well-defined. The indicators system provides a scientific reference and objective basis for the charge in nursing homes.
