摘要
利用氟化氢尾气回收制得的质量分数为40%的氢氟酸进行化学处理低品位萤石,提高了CaF_2含量;再经浮选制备酸级氟化钙,实现低品位萤石的综合利用.考察氢氟酸用量、浸泡时间、温度等影响因素,结果表明:10g 100~150目萤石粉,在室温下,用12 m L质量分数为40%的氢氟酸浸泡3 h,并添加1 g碳酸钙作后处理,经化学处理后CaF_2的质量分数由23.48%提高到96.04%,实现了低品位萤石矿的富集再利用.
Acid-grade calcium fluoride was obtained by treatment of low grade fluorite with 40 % hydrofluoric acid from recycling of HF exhaust gas to raise the content of CaF2 , followed by flotation process. The effects of the dosage of hydrofluoric acid, soaking time, temperature etc. were examined. The results showed the content of CaF2 was elevated from 23.5 % to 96.0 % by reacting of 10 g 100 - 150 mesh fluorite powder with 12 mL 40 % hydrofluoric acid 3 h at room temperature followed by treatment with 1 g of calcium carbonate.
