圆管内层流入口段插入多孔板的传热性能分析 被引量:1

摘要 通过数值模拟计算的方法,研究在圆管内插入的多孔板几何结构对层流入口段换热效果的影响,并通过场协同理论加以验证.结果表明:插入多孔板后管子的换热效果比光管圆管的换热效果好;在研究范围内,当孔隙率ε相同时,孔间距越大,换热效果越好;当孔间距相同时,孔隙率ε越大,换热效果越好.综上所述,在圆管内插入多孔板时,适当增大多孔板的孔隙率和孔间距,可以有效地提高圆管的换热效果. This work investigated the effect of geometrical structure of perforated plate inserted in the circular tube on heat transfer at the laminar entrance section by the method of numerical simulation for air flow medium, and verified the results with the field synergy principle. The results showed that the heat transfer of the tube inserted into the perforated plate is better than the that of light pipe. Under the conditions of this work, the heat transfer effect will be better with the increase of the hole spacing S at the same porosity 6. And at the same hole spacing S,the heat transfer effect will be better with the increase of the porosity s. To sum up, the increase of the porosity 8 of porous plate and hole spacing S of the inserted the porous plate into the circular tube can improve the heat transfer effect of circular tube effectively.
