摘要
提出便携式CPAP呼吸机的整体设计方案.该设计采用触摸按键设置合适的压力参数,通过控制直流无刷电机,实现软管呼吸内压力控制,液晶模块实时显示压力值和使用时间,并通过SD卡实时记录呼吸数据,为进一步提出治疗方案提供依据.同时管道脱落报警和断电报警为设计增加了高可靠性和安全性,为CPAP呼吸机的使用提供更高保障.实验测试结果表明:该设计实现了CPAP呼吸机的基本功能,具有价格低廉、可靠性高、低功耗、便携等优点.
Overall design of portable CPAP machine is presented in this paper,the ventilator is designed with touch buttons to set the appropriate pressure parameters, the ventilator by controlling the DC brushless motor to achieve the hose breathing pressure control, LCD module can display real-time pressure value and the use of time, and real-time recording of respiratory data via SD card, provide the basis for further proposed treatment. At the same time the design of pipeline shedding and power failure alarm increases reliability and security, provide greater protection for the use of CPAP breathing machine. The test results show that the CPAP machine is designed with the basic functions, with low cost, high reliability, low power, portability and other advantages.
