2006~2015年苏州地区440例儿童呼吸道腺病毒感染的流行病学分析 被引量:27

Epidemiological analysis of 440 cases of respiratory adenovirus infections in children from the Suzhou area between 2006 and 2015

摘要 目的了解苏州地区儿童呼吸道腺病毒(ADV)感染的流行病学特征,为临床合理诊治ADV感染提供参考依据。方法回顾性分析2006~2015年在苏州大学附属儿童医院住院治疗的35 529例呼吸道感染患儿中ADV感染患儿的临床资料。结果 35 529例患儿中,ADV总阳性检出率为1.24%(440/35 529)。男女儿童ADV阳性检出率差异无统计学意义(1.18%vs 1.34%)。<1岁、1岁~、3岁~、7~14岁组患儿ADV阳性检出率分别为0.39%(71/18 002)、1.12%(103/9 191)、3.14%(201/6 398)、3.35%(65/1 938),ADV阳性检出率随着年龄的增大逐渐升高(P<0.01)。春夏秋冬四季ADV阳性检出率分别为1.85%(160/8 658)、2.20%(189/8 606)、0.30%(27/8 952)、0.69%(64/9 313),其中春季和夏季患儿ADV阳性检出率明显高于秋季和冬季(P<0.01)。结论苏州地区该组病例呼吸道ADV感染率随着年龄的增大逐渐升高,但与性别无关;春季和夏季节为ADV感染的高发季节。 Objective To study the epidemiological characteristics of respiratory adenovirus(ADV) infections in children from the Suzhou area, China. Methods The clinical data of ADV-positive children out of 35 529 children with respiratory tract infections who were hospitalized in the Children's Hospital of Soochow University between January 2006 and December 2015 were retrospectively studied. Results Of the 35 529 children with respiratory tract infections, 440(1.24%) were ADV-positive. There was no significant difference in the rate of ADV infections between boys and girls(1.18% vs 1.34%). The ADV infection rates of children at the age of 1 year old, 1-3 years old, 3-7 years old and 7-14 years old were 0.39%(71/18 002), 1.12%(103/9 191), 3.14%(201/6 398), and 3.35%( 65/1 938) respectively and the rate increased with age(P0.01). The ADV infection rates in spring [1.85%(60/8 658) ] and summer [2.20%(189/8 606)] were significantly higher than in autumn [0.30%(27/8 952)] and winter [0.69%(64/9 313) ](P0.01). Conclusions The ADV infection rate is increased with age in the children from the Suzhou area, but it is not associated with gender. ADV infections are more common in spring and summer.
