摘要
采用微波消解法(5 m L的HNO_3和1 m L的H_2O_2)对婴幼儿奶粉样品进行前处理,优化了实验条件,建立了电感耦合等离子发射光谱仪(ICP-OES)同时测定婴幼儿奶粉中14种无机元素的方法。结果表明:待测元素在样品中的方法检出限为0.002~1.39 mg/kg、方法定量限为0.01~4.63 mg/kg;加标回收率为90.2%~107.3%之间,相对标准偏差小于7%。
Used Microwave digestion (5 mL HNO3 and lml H202) to pre-process baby formula milk powder. Optimized experimental con- ditions and established a method to determine 14 inorganic elements using ICP-OES. The result showed that the method determination lim- its in the sample is 0.002-1.39 mg/kg, the method quantification limit is 0.01-4.63 mg/kg, and the standard recovery rate is between 90.2% and 107.3%. The relative standard deviation is less than 7%.
