当前,职业院校出现了"课堂失守"现象,具体表征为对象的失守、纪律的失守和初心的失守,究其原因,主要是学生学习动机缺乏、教师观念陈旧、课堂形而上学、社会不良思想的诱惑和错误导向。增强职业院校课堂吸引力必须正视课堂危机、认真研究学生、回归职业教育、创新课堂模式,把课堂构建成学生成长的乐园、交流的田园和温馨的家园。

Nowadays, there is a great deal of problems in classroom teaching in vocational colleges including the management of students, discipline constraints and the intention loss, which are caused by a series of reasons such as lack of learning motivation, out - of - date teaching ideas, teaching without practice, society temptation and false directions. In order to enhance the class attraction of vocational colleges, it is essential to confront crises of classroom teaching, analyze students＇ condition, focus on vocational education and innovate teaching models to construct a class regarded as a harmonious paradise for students＇ development and communication.
