高职护理专业志愿者参与居家养老服务的探讨——以孝感市为例

居家养老是适合我国国情的一种养老模式。但目前无论是养老护理从业人员数量还是素质都不能满足老年护理的需求。高职护理专业志愿者参与居家养老服务可缓解养老服务人员供不应求的矛盾、提高养老服务的质量和水平、更好地满足老年人的需求。为此,护理专业志愿者应精心组织大众化服务内容,实施"一对一"精准服务,开展专业知识培训,实施校社合作,让社区养老服务站成为学校的人才培养基地。
