基于旅游开发视角的古村落保护——以江西省吉水燕坊古村为例

古村落以其独有的历史意义、文化魅力和精神价值,日益受到游客的青睐和热捧。吉水燕坊古村的旅游资源十分丰富,但其旅游开发还存在历史遗留问题较多、政府开发力度不够、大众对古村旅游需求性较弱、古村旅游同质化严重等问题。为此,燕坊的古村旅游开发可选择村委会(社区)主导的共生模式,以"核心—边缘"结构构建商贾古村旅游圈,实施观光式旅游向文化体验式旅游延伸,开发出形式多样的古村落旅游产品,争取稳定的客源市场,使古村落保护与旅游开发协调发展。
