摘要 职业教育要从学生长期的职业生涯考虑,以培养学生具备坚实的职业转换和可持续能力为目标,避免过度追求岗位的无缝对接,着重从宏观上实现职业对接,通过构建"纵横结合"一体化、立体型高职实践教学体系,培养贴近行业/企业需求,职业素质动态成长的高职毕业生。从实践教学体系的改革出发,本文对解决高职院校职业素质培养边缘化的问题和人才供需双方质量关注点不对称的问题,提出参考方案。 Considering about students' long term career life, the goal of cultivating students should make them with solid professional conversional and sustainable ability, but not attach too much importance to the pursuit of the position docking seamlessly; should emphasize mainly on the profession connection macroscopically, and should cultivate higher vocation college graduates to meet the demand of industries or enterprises and realize the growth of professional quality dynamically. From the point of view about the reform of practical teaching system, the essay put forward systemically the advices to solve the problems of marginalization of professional quality training and focused point on the quality of talent quality not systematized between supply and demand parties.
