随着社会经济结构调整和转型升级的有序进行,高职院校应将工学结合这一理念放在与时俱进的经济发展态势上,倾心打造更适于高职学生成长成才的培养模式和路径,以精准定位、强化多元支撑,科学规划、合理设置课程,双师合力、建立双向基地,多重考核、促进质量提升为应对措施,促进高职人才的优先发展,有力支撑教育服务经济的功能。

With the orderly conduction and adjustment of social-economic restructure, higher vocational colleges should put the concept of work-study combination in the economic development advanced with the times, cultivate a more suitable training mode and path for higher vocational students＂ growth. This paper presents with precise positioning, strengthening the multiple support, scientific planning, reasonable setting courses, double teacher working together, the establishment of a two-way base, multiple assessment, promotion of quality as measures to promote the development of higher vocational college, to promote the priority development of higher vocational talents, and to support the function of education servicing economy.
