政、校、企一体化模式下的区域协同创新机制研究

A Research on Regional Synergy Innovation Mechanism under the Integration Mode of Government, School and Enterprise

政、校、企一体化模式是目前各国探索科技创新、技术创新的一种重要的合作模式，本文从经济学的角度研究了构建区域协同机制的理论基础，从4个层面探讨了校、企一体化模式对区域技术40新所产生的影响，并提出了促进政、校、企一体化模式下区域协同创新机制建立的政策建议，以期为构建相应的创新机制提供一定的参考。

The integration mode of school, government and enterprise is an important cooperative one in many coun- tries which are exploring science and technology innovation. From the perspective of economics, this paper studies the theoretical basis of constructing regional cooperation mechanism, discusses the impact of school and enterprise integration mode on regional technological innovation from 4 aspects, and puts forward some suggestions to promote the mechanism. These suggestions will act as reference for the construction of the corresponding innovation mecha- nism.
