摘要 由于国内外环保组织对车用汽油硫含量提出了日趋严格的要求,采用有效技术手段降低催化裂化汽油中的硫含量成为重中之重.阐述了催化裂化(FCC)汽油中硫含量、硫分布及硫化物的种类及国内外多种脱硫技术的特点和现状,并将选择性加氢脱硫降烯烃技术(OCT-M)和催化裂化汽油吸附脱硫技术(S-Zorb)进行了经济分析.通过分析,尽管OCT-M技术在汽油收率和投资费用方面较S-Zorb技术略有优势,且OCT-M技术不需消耗试剂.但是,在氢耗和辛烷值损失方面,S-Zorb技术远远低于OCT-M技术.通过数据计算,OCT-M技术的加工费用为306.00元/吨,S-Zorb技术的加工费用为227.33元/吨,S-Zorb技术每吨的加工费用远少于OCT-M技术,因此,S-Zorb技术在未来脱硫技术中将会占据重要的位置. Because environmental groups at home and abroad have put forward increasingly strict requirementsfor sulfur content in motor gasoline, it has become a top priority adopting effective technical measures todecrease the sulfur content in fluid catalytic cracking(FCC) gasoline. This paper summarizes the sulfidespecies, content and distribution of sulfur in FCC gasoline, the present situation and characteristics of variousdesulfurization techniques at home and abroad, and then conducts technical and economic comparison betweenOil Cutting Temperature Majorization(OCT-M) and Sulfide Adsorbtion(S-Zorb). The data reveal that theOCT-M has slight advangtages of higher gasoline yield and lower investment cost compared with the S-Zorb,moreover, OCT-M requires no agent consumption. However, the hydrogen consumption and octane number lossof S-Zorb are much lower than those of OCT-M. According to calculation, the overall processing cost per tongasoline via the S-Zorb technique is less than that via OCT-M(227.33 RMB yuan vs. 306.00 RMB yuan).Therefore, the S-Zorb process is expected to be a dominant desulfurization technique in the future.
